Fond is a branding and visual design studio founded in 2018 by Dalila Piccoli and Fiorella Carità. Based in Milan, the studio works with companies, brands, cultural organisations and independent professionals to build and evolve their identities through projects that combine strategy, creativity and design. Fond, for the 2026 call for proposals, joined Fondazione's network of Communication Sponsors.

Fond supports its clients throughout every stage of the process: from brand positioning and naming to the development of visual identities, packaging, websites, catalogues, content and communication tools across both digital and physical channels. Its approach combines strategic thinking with meticulous attention to visual execution. The studio’s boutique structure enables a direct, flexible and highly personalised way of working, fostering close collaboration and carefully crafted solutions for each project.
