Borghi Sibillini

The Borghi Sibillini project stems from the desire of the eleven municipalities of the Sibillini Mountain Union - authentic villages, full of identity, history and beauty, brought together with a view to enhancing differences and uniqueness - to create a territorial and coordinated network.

United through the excellences of the individual realities, starting from the artistic and cultural heritage as the basis for a new season of growth and development of the Marche region, rediscovering the feeling of freedom and slowness, often forgotten.

This historical moment is forcing us to come to terms with the depopulation of the hinterland and at the same time with the need to reorganise migratory flows in large cities, focusing above all on the value of the human dimension.

The extreme variety of landscapes, which pass in a matter of kilometres from long, lively beaches to the Apennine mountains, passing through an evocative succession of luxuriant hills, is a peculiar characteristic of these places. The agricultural substratum here is preserved in its essential lines among olive groves, vineyards and rows of fruit, but also in the majestic woods of chestnut, beech and oak trees.

The Borghi Sibillini won the ‘in kind’ prize of the 2021 call for proposals promoted by RobilantAssociati. After a series of surveys, Robilant Associati developed a case study and proposed four different branding solutions.
