Atacama360

Atacama360 is an audiovisual production company and social cooperative founded in 2021 within the Bollate prison with the goal of transforming creative work into an opportunity for inclusion and social reintegration. Through the production of videos, documentaries, and multimedia content, it trains inmates, former inmates, and people in vulnerable situations, working alongside industry professionals in a learning process based on direct experience and learning by doing.

The cooperative combines professional quality with social impact, creating audiovisual productions for businesses, institutions, and third-sector organizations. Each project represents an opportunity for personal and professional growth, in which the language of images becomes a tool for acquiring skills, strengthening autonomy, and building new job opportunities. Alongside its production activities, Atacama360 promotes initiatives dedicated to young people and social organizations, using audiovisual storytelling as a means of participation and change.

Among the initiatives developed by the cooperative is ImpactBridges, a publishing project that explores the world of social cooperation and civic innovation through videos and reports created in collaboration with participants in its training programs. This experience reflects Atacama360’s mission: to make communication a tool capable of creating value, fostering inclusion, and building connections between people, businesses, and communities.
