Le Formichelle
The memory of a region, preserved in its fruits. Le Formichelle is a family-run farm based in Tramonti, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, born from the desire to showcase the riches of its land and pass down an agricultural tradition that spans generations. The name pays homage to the women who, just like hardworking ants, carried lemons along the rugged trails of the Amalfi Coast, contributing to the region’s history and economy. Today, this legacy lives on in the cultivation of the Sfusato Amalfitano lemon and other local produce, through practices that respect nature, seasonality, and biodiversity. Alongside agricultural production, Le Formichelle offers experiences among lemon groves, rural trails, and culinary workshops, giving visitors the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into farming knowledge and the traditions of local cuisine. A family-run project that transforms memory into a living heritage, creating a bond between landscape, culture, and community.
