Different adopts Bullone
Different - new member among our Communication Sponsors - is a communication company with a mission: to unleash the potential of brands and help them achieve their marketing, communication and business goals.
Different chose to adopt Fondazione Bullone, a non-profit organisation that promotes the social responsibility of individuals, organisations and companies through the involvement and inclusion of young people who have experienced or are still experiencing the disease. Bullone organises its activities in two main areas:
- Training: it trains companies that have the theme of inclusion in their mission. It helps companies to integrate people who have faced or are facing the disease into their workforce. inclusion is an asset and a plus for companies if they are properly trained.
- Communication: they have a newspaper run and written entirely by people who live with or have lived through a major illness
The Foundation has a project in partnership with the department of serious eating disorders at the Niguarda Hospital in Milan. Ospedale Niguarda is the most authoritative voice in Italy when it comes to food pathologies.
The aim is to shed light on the protocol to be used in the event of a serious eating disorder. Those who are faced with such a disease are often misguided and follow paths that do not lead to recovery. In eating disorders, it is very valuable to intervene now and resolve within the first three years of illness, otherwise the disease becomes chronic and the chance of recovery becomes almost nil. Different will support Bullone and the Niguarda Hospital in the realisation of a nationwide communication campaign that will shed light on the issue and help sufferers and their loved ones to get on the road to recovery right away.
