Studio Tiss adopts Cascina Monluè
Studio Tiss is a communications agency that has been present in Milan for over 30 years. Tiss deals with on and off-line, interfacing its intelligence - decidedly analogue - with digital. The watchword is integration, which also means a close connection between these two worlds.
For the third consecutive year, it confirms its collaboration with the Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza and adopts Cascina Monluè: La corte del bene comune. The Social Enterprise was born in 2019 from the desire to develop the empowerment of the territory of Milan's Municipality 4 with an innovative, diversified and environmentally sustainable proposal starting with the complete renovation of the Monluè village. The starting point is therefore to return to the area a place of historical and artistic value and great significance in the city's past and recent history to make it a space for meeting, reception, recreation, culture, work, empowerment and growth for all: the court of the common good.
The courtyard will house activities for the employment of people at risk of social marginalisation, a guesthouse for accessible tourism, residential accommodation services and support for independent living for people with disabilities, bar and restaurant services, and aggregative and cultural activities open to citizens.
Cascina Monluè - The court of the common good is an ambitious urban regeneration and territorial development project that stems from the idea that the relationship between territorial specificity, needs and physical places can be articulated in at least four paradigms of spaces understood as: venues for services (social, educational, cultural, housing) and territorial social garrisons, community-generating places, opportunities for new growth opportunities for the territory relying on the hybridisation of functions and, above all, reference points and a reason for a sense of belonging.
