Ursula Borroni e Serena Poletto Ghella adottano Casa di Gesso
For the 2023 call for proposals Ursula Borroni has joined the network of Communication Partners of Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of Product Branding and Creative Direction, together with Serena Poletto Ghella she chose to adopt the “Casa di Gesso”.
The project is curated by Aidoru Associazione Aps, a company founded in 2002 near Cesena, which deals with production and didactics for children in the field of sensory and participatory theatre. Casa di gesso is an experimental space that promotes practices of theatrical art and technique. It is a place of reference for the community and the territory, where worlds made of stories, rehearsals and staging, reading and writing, musicality, dance and scenic arts can be experienced.
The project realised by Pier Currà Architettura includes: a theatre hall and an open-air arena in which to play and perform, the workshop for the performing arts, the library, a rehearsal space to host artists, experts and collaborators, and the garden with its vegetable garden, trees and flowers.
The space that has taken shape over the past few months will be inaugurated from March 2023 by the annual theatre and performing arts school for children aged 4 to 14. It will then open up to the city and build new paths of theatre, sociality and culture together so that the beauty of theatre can become a means of generating inclusion, empathy, creativity and participation.
