Como Razionalista
Como Razionalista is a cultural project promoted by Wonderlake Como ETS dedicated to discovering and highlighting the Rationalist heritage of the city of Como, one of the most important examples of 20th-century architecture in Italy. Through walking tours, guided visits, educational activities, and outreach initiatives, the project makes this heritage—which continues to engage with the contemporary urban landscape—accessible to diverse audiences.
At the heart of the initiative is the desire to present Rationalism not only as an architectural movement but as part of the city’s cultural identity. Tours designed for adults, families, and schools invite participants to view the buildings with fresh eyes, transforming the visit into an experience of learning, participation, and awareness of the local area.
Through the work of Wonderlake Como ETS, Como Razionalista helps strengthen the bond between heritage, the community, and new generations, promoting a culture of heritage appreciation based on outreach, accessibility, and the active involvement of citizens.
