Pinuccio Sciola's sound garden
A carpet of grass and orange trees accommodate hundreds of sculptures. It is Pinuccio Sciola's open-air museum. Carved stones. Freed stones that speak, sing, play. Sciola sought them out, recognised them and brought them into his garden. Then he sculpted them with geometric cuts following his own mental code and a celestial cipher. The stones and the wind constitute a unique and precious soundscape.
