The Morro d'Alba Village
Culture and vineyards. Morro d'Alba, the boundary stone on the dawn, is a small village in the Marche region, a treasure trove of food and wine excellence and architectural beauty.
An area of great value for its viticulture, it produces the renowned Lacrime wine, and since 2019 the village has entered the classification of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy. Beneath its houses and castle lies a unique architectural heritage: La Scarpa, the patrol walkway built between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance that juts out over the escarpment and runs along the entire perimeter of the castle, with evocative, mysterious views and breathtaking views from the Sibillini Mountains to the Conero sea. The municipality is developing a new season to promote its territory by organising many different cultural events: from music to the solidarity economy, from the yellow book to traditional questua songs (Cantamaggio), involving the social and productive fabric, proposing culture as a flywheel of beauty and development for new youth-led economic activities.
