Villa Caruso Bellosguardo

Atlas of Beauty /
ArtEvent, Story
And the singing begins again. The 16th-century villa was built by Abbot Alessandro Pucci, surrounded by a monumental park, and was bought in 1906 by Enrico Caruso. It was restored in 2011, collects testimonies and organises events in memory of the most famous opera singer of all time. There are two other museums dedicated to him: one in Naples, the house museum in Via Santi Giovanni e Paolo, and one in New York, the Museum of Brooklyn, a private collection that houses Caruso's death mask and many memorabilia.
