Mariangela Bombardieri represents Italian beauty through the tradition of Kabbalah. A canvas transformed into an amulet of protection and dream interpretation, a different kind of lucky charm that has its roots in the Kabbalah of 'scaramanzia' (superstition), Kabbalah of the lottery, and the game of bingo. All the traditions that are part of life, even for the most 'rational' people, branch out into horoscope readings, ritual gestures and small reassuring repetitions. She has called it CABALA-BAG.
A work of art to wear by Mariangela Bombardieri, created during the ‘Italia Pazza’ creative residencies. Each canvas is numbered, signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
