Casa Fellini
Casa Fellini, a new workshop for art professions, has been inaugurated in Gambettola, with spaces dedicated to work and stage equipment and spaces for conviviality, including rooms for residential stays for film, theatre and circus artists. This is the new destination of Federico Fellini's paternal grandparents' house, a typical lowland cottage that was then, in the early 20th century, in the middle of the countryside and is now located inside the city public park dedicated to the director. Fellini's parents lived in this countryside until a few months after his birth and the director spent his summer holidays here for many years. The space - devoted to artistic residencies and training courses in cinema, circus and theatre - is managed by a large consortium of associations.
