Palazzo Maffei
Palazzo Maffei Casa Museo, which was opened to the public in February 2020, offers an art collection from Greco-Roman archaeology to contemporary art.
The Collection, resulting from the great artistic passion of the entrepreneur, Cavaliere del Lavoro, Luigi Carlon, is articulated in an eclectic path between ancient and modern, with over 600 works in dialogue between the arts: painting, sculpture, applied arts and architecture. In the collection one can find the great masters of the 20th century: Picasso, Duchamp, Magritte, Kandinsky, Man Ray, Max Ernst, Modigliani, Warhol, as well as Canova, Fontana, Burri and Manzoni, without forgetting contemporary artists such as Leandro Erlich, Daan Roosegaarde and Chiara Dynys, as well as the important focus on Veronese Old Master painting, Italian Futurism and Metaphysics.
