Re-living the mountain landscape
The Monti Rognosi park is one of the most picturesque in the Tuscan Valtiberina. With an area of about 1,500 hectares, meadows, woods and old mines, it represents an important transit route between Arezzo and Rimini. A path, which has remained almost unchanged over the centuries and is travelled every year by shepherds and flocks. Re-living the mountain landscape, a project on these territories, received a special mention at the 2019 Landscape Prize.
