A Criatura
Criatura is a farm that is located in the green countryside outside of Modica, where the gods rest. It produces and harvests produce from trusted friends who cultivate their fields with respect and passion. As soon as you ask Francesco di Raimondo, the founder, he will show you a picture of his family, because the farm is all there, in that black and white photo. It produces and sells herbal teas, almonds and cus cus, Sicilian breakfast muesli, dehydrated lemon slices, and, inevitably, delicious almond cakes in flowery, elegant packaging. "Chi sapi è bello" says Francesco often: flavor is a beautiful thing, it gives emotions, and when you have tried it, you can no longer go without it. Flavor thus starts from Sicily, a good land, to reach the whole world.
