Associating a product with a community. Developing an idea around a product, work to make it grow, and use it to finance the collective actions and hopes of a village. This is the idea that Slow Food has implanted in the area of Acquasanta Terme in the province of Ascoli Piceno, an area hit by the earthquake. New products (the gourmet cream) and new recipes (the sandwich with broad bean and monkfish cream), a circular economy that uses only water from the Sibillini mountains for production and the ability to build new stories and new forms of distribution around a traditional product of ancient cultivation.
