Sfuso Diffuso

Sfuso Diffuso is a project promoted by Slow Food Savona 76 A.P.S. that supports small towns through initiatives focused on youth participation, environmental sustainability, and the revitalization of local communities. Born from the idea that the future of these regions depends on the ability to build relationships and harness local energy, the project works with local governments, associations, and citizens to develop shared practices for preserving and promoting their heritage.

Over the years, Sfuso Diffuso has created a network of initiatives that place the younger generations at the center, promoting projects dedicated to food culture, the environment, active citizenship, and social innovation. Through the direct involvement of communities, the project fosters the development of initiatives capable of strengthening local identity and countering depopulation in inland areas.

The research and experimentation conducted in the region have led to the compilation of best practices and replicable models, with the goal of making them a shared resource accessible to other communities. This effort also includes the development of a digital platform dedicated to disseminating tools and knowledge for the revitalization of small towns, thereby strengthening the project’s ability to forge connections between different regions.
