It is the lean shore of Lake Maggiore, the one that has lived off fishing and agriculture, always remaining a step behind in terms of visibility of the territory to the fat shore, the one in Piedmont with the beautiful Arona, Stresa and the Borromean Islands complex. However, this backwardness has avoided the great risk of building speculation in the lake area, which is visible in other Italian lakes such as Lake Garda, and has ensured that, like a sort of time machine, the villages have remained intact, the freshness of the land and all its potential intact. Taino, very close to Milan, in an incomparable setting, between Lake Maggiore and Monte Rosa, can provide an outlet from the convulsive city life by building spaces on a human scale to find oneself and not lose connection with oneself, others, and nature. Bringing the park, designed by Giò Pomodoro, to life with initiatives provides a lever to create playful-recreational activities, around his majestic work on the cardinal points, now without any more contact anxiety, under the starry sky, in the cool of the summer evening.
