The Bellini Theatre in Napoli
Per-forming beauty. The Bellini Theatre in Naples, founded in 1864, was reopened and returned to the artistic, architectural and cultural heritage of the city in 1988 by Tato Russo. The 'Per-formare la bellezza' project aims to enhance and promote the theatre's spaces by opening them to the public, not only for performances, but also to showcase the beauty and uniqueness of the place and return a historically important site to the community through the story and figure of Vincenzo Bellini. The simplicity of beauty was chosen, the transformative power of education. Addressing young people first of all, making them discover the wonder and history of the theatre in Naples.
